Apple Store维修iPhone4经历
最近ip4老是home键连按或者干脆按了没反应，故想去看看能不能修一下，昨天下午5点半的时候预约了陆家嘴店昨天晚上8点10分的GB，跑过去说明了下情况，确认是港行后明确告诉我现在apple store只能保修中国范围内（大陆，香港和台湾）的iphone（不过没问只是iphone这样还是所有的产品），然后告知iphone4有三个部分组成，电池，背玻璃板和除此之外的东西，我的问题需要更换第三个部分，也就是除了背板和电池都换了（这个和新机差不多了），10分钟后拿出换完的机器，签字走人。感受：
1. Apple store的服务确实很好，高效，精确，不浪费顾客的时间，水果的高价格确实能换来高品质的服务。
2. 不能保修中国以外的地区的机器有点说不过去，难道是骗保的人太多？？？ 能保就好，散nb吧。。。。
这个是不是多余？
确认是港行后明确告诉我现在apple store只能保修中国范围内（大陆，香港和台湾）的iphone----------------------------------------------+++++++
直接保修就完了，还告诉你这些信息干嘛？

因为检测前他先问了下我在哪里买的，然后就说保修范围的事情，我说是香港买的，估计他想如果我说美国买的，直接不检测就拒绝我了。 保修需要发票吗？我的HOME键也有点问题了，但是是没有发票的港行 同3楼询问 同5楼询问 关注一下，呵呵 NB要得...回复 #5 fencmon 的帖子
