【求助】DELL 老本子开不了机了

机器型号：INSPRION 8100
故障现象：
按电源按钮后，屏幕显示如下：
PXE-E05：The LAN adapeter's contiguration is corrupted or has not been initialized. The boot Agent cannot continue._

最后一个光标闪烁，机器无法继续开机了，不知上述信息是什么意思，有懂的兄弟说说，谢谢大家了！
