Windows 8 RP 无人值守安装
提取Win8RP光盘下的所有文件，放在X盘根目录。启动WinPE，进入命令行，运行“X:\sources\setup.exe /unattend:X:\Autounattend.xml”，等待一分钟，出现选择安装系统到哪个分区的界面，选好分区并格式化，以后自动安装直至进入系统桌面。
Autounattend.xml内容如下，复制到记事本以UTF-8格式保存至X盘。

[*]搜索并安装X:\FileRepository目录下的驱动，驱动从已经装好全部驱动的老系统提取[*]IE主页设为空白，初次运行向导禁用[*]系统还原关闭[*]Windows Defender禁用[*]网络共享类型：工作网络[*]系统Update关闭[*]跳过设置界面MachineOOBE，该界面出现在进入桌面前；UserOOBE在Win7下是欢迎使用向导，Win8RP尚未定义此项[*]Administrator密码置空；自动开启内建Administrator账户，以空密码登陆
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository目录下建立日期较近的文件夹包含我们需要的驱动，查看文件夹下的inf文件筛选确定，把这几个文件夹复制到X:\FileRepository目录。
内建Administrator账户登陆不能运行Metro应用，可以删除前面的oobeSystem\Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup <UserAccounts>和<AutoLogon>段，用下面的<UserAccounts>段替换。

建立空密码Admin用户，隶属于Administrators组。
