The laptop I ordered at outlet.lenovo.com is Type: 3460XF2, SN: R9T2A2N, i5-3427 + 8G +256G SSD.
!!!!!!!But the laptop received is Type: 3443CTO, SN: R9T1V4A, i5-3317 + 4G +128G SSD.
The tag on the bottom is "Type: 3460XF2,SN: R9T2A2N", !!!!!!!!!but when this tag removed, the old tag"Type: 3443CTOSN: R9T1V4A" is found.
Please sent me the correct machine which type: 3460XF2, SN: R9T2A2N Or the same configuration laptop,
and I'll return the received machine which Type: 3443CTOSN: R9T1V4A (I can pay for it also).

在等待超过72小时后没联想回应,买家跟我说,不索要补偿,只需要机器,故此昨晚发出以上邮件

本邮件是买家提供bios截图,底部型号标贴,本人把邮件写成中文,群内张生帮忙翻译成英文
再经过本人和群内所有人精简合作编写的邮件

进展:联想要求买家把电脑退回,24小时内发退回标签给我

注:本邮件人人可发,live chat,电话也是人人可打,但联想一定把处理结果发到我的邮箱

不直接索赔是很大的失策(但我无法更改买家的意见)
