应该是没有问题了,我放了一夜720P,早上一切正常,而且我还有一块备用主板,也刷了0.9V的BIOS,能正常点亮,但是没装机测试。 添加了支持ASPM(Active State Power Management)的BIOS,我已测试刷写.主要是能降低待机时功耗,我刷后待机降温3-4度.
但可能会对PCI-e的设备性能在某些情况产生负面影响.请慎重选择.

这个肯定啊. 在白名单,SATAII,无温度报警的基础上改的. 0.9v BIOS确实最终系统显示的电压是0.85v,不过还好目前使用正常,包括Furmark在内的测试都没有花屏死机.:-| :-| :-| :-|最终刷了T61(0.9v)_ASPM.ROM
刷之前,待机AIDA64显示 59度
刷之后,TPFC选择BIOS模式,待机AIDA64显示 53度, TPFC显示49度
TPFC选择Manual模式,待机AIDA64显示55度,TPFC显示50度
效果比较理想。 First of all, sorry for not writing chinese, i can`t understand it (unfortunately) and have to use google translate.
Thank you highsun for these bios files. I tested the quad core BIOS version (worked and enabled all four cores with Q9000) and the BIOS versions that undervolt the Nvidia GPU and found out that you have an error in your VID encoding.
For example, in the BIOS that should set 0.95 V, you set:
GPIO 5 --> 0
GPIO 6 --> 0
GPIO 7 --> 1
GPIO 9 --> 1
but you should have set:
GPIO 5 --> 1
GPIO 6 --> 1
GPIO 7 --> 0
GPIO 9 --> 0
because according to the Hisui-5R schematic on pdf pages 23 and 85 the pin-VID-mapping is:
GND--> VID4 on ADP3209 (always low)
nvidia GPIO 5 --> PM_ENABLE0 --> VID3 on ADP3209
nvidia GPIO 6 --> PM_ENABLE1 --> VID2 on ADP3209
nvidia GPIO 7 --> PM_ENABLE2 --> VID1 on ADP3209
nvidia GPIO 9 --> PM_ENABLE3 --> VID0 on ADP3209
This results in other voltages set:
1.000V-BIOS sets 1.125V
0.950V-BIOS sets 1.175V
0.900V-BIOS sets 1.075V
May I upload your modified BIOS files to zippyshare and link this thread and the uploaded files in my post about the t61 quad core modification at the german thinkpad forum?

Thank you for your test. The modifiedBIOS file is free. You can use it as you wish.Your test about nvidia voltage is interesting. I check the T61'sschematics. I think your are right and the result is convincing.
The GOOD news is thatthe voltage of NVS140M is not too low. I dont have to worry about it can damage the computer.
But there is a little strange.

集成显卡机型能刷上四核的bios吗 可以,老外就是那集显上的四核 上4核还要改哪里呢?英语盲啊,悲。
另外不知道61的风扇能不能压得住4核。 根据外国友人的反馈修正了一下BIOS,希望不会再改动了.
我已经刷了新的1.0v的版本,温度进一步下降,同时显卡工作稳定.
0.95v显卡的BIOS已经测试.(已有网友测试,见88楼,91楼)
同时为了满足某些需求,进一步给出一个1.0v电压下超频3D工作状态下频率的版本
超频频率为core 450/ shader 900/ memory 700。这是T61 BIOS中另一个未用频率版本。
而2D工作频率没有改动。我没有测试此超频版本。
刷完后待机温度
刷完后FurMark测试6分钟以后温度,最终基本稳定在82度左右
而刷了1.075v电压BIOS时,FruMark很快就超过85度了。
@el-sahef: According to your report, I corrected a bit BIOS. I tested 1.05v and 1.0v of T61 BIOS, they work well, the graphics card temperature is further reduced. And I made a graphics card overclocking version, but I have no further testing.
T61 降压的BIOS,括号里面为电压。
T61 降压同时打开ASPM支持的BIOS。
T61 显卡电压1.0v,同时超频的BIOS
同样的支持4核CPU的BIOS

Indeed T61 BIOS have three VIDs for video card. When flash original BIOS, It can switch different voltages based on the work state of the video card , but the modified BIOS, can not seem to automatically switch the voltages. I think this may not be BIOS's problem, but driver's problem. New BIOS voltage listed above is the highest voltage in BIOS ,and can read from software GPU-Z. It may not necessarily correct. If you're handy, you can take a multimeter to test the real graphics voltage. The driver is another import thing. Maybe we should use the driver from lenovo, and not use the common driver from nvidia.回复 #45 plclife 的帖子

主板BGA这种事情,我是做不来的。而且也不喜欢做。看过维修过的T61p主板,不知道是不是修的人水平不行,BGA对板子的伤害很大。所以安稳的用几年吧。集显都忍的了,独显难道忍不了么?

根据老外的测试,前面那个0.9v的bios实际电压是1.075v。我改BIOS的时候有个地方没有弄清楚。今天又改了一版,这次电压应该正确了。
已经有0.95v和1.0v的。我测试过1.0v的,效果很好,比以前版本的温度低3度
