【原创】两张笔记本屏幕：戴尔M4800高分屏和HP暗夜精灵II屏

Dell M4800高分屏是LG的，屏幕雪亮，没有发现点，300元。
HP 暗夜精灵II上的屏是京东方的，屏幕大致属于全新，买回来就换下来的，没有发现点，175元。
