信用卡扣款了，但是网站显示Authorization has failed. Please contact your credit card provider.一般多久返回给信用卡啊

只是占用额度 真正没扣款的

我问了招行客服，说的确交易成功了，然后说是商家冻结了，一般多久回款啊？

一个月之内不会扣款的 放心 只是预授权对方没真正扣款
