【原创】T480之新年再升级 MX Linux 19.3
回顾Win7安装。参看我之前的帖子https://www.ibmnb.com/forum.php ... &tid=1901322&extra=首先下载ISO文件，一定要检查SHA值，以防病毒。然后用工具把ISO导入USB启动盘上，我用的是Rufus。因为Win7本身在安装时候不能识别USB3.0，所以需要把USB3.0的驱动加入到USB启动盘里。推荐使用Gigabyte的工具。 安装完Win7之后，为了让集成显卡生效，需要修改intel的驱动，详细做法参看这个帖子https://www.techinferno.com/index.php?/forums/topic/12377-way-to-make-intel-uhd-620-graphics-driver-to-works-in-windows-7-no-crash-in-video-play-back-3d-function-normally/具体步骤如下：1. download intel graphics driver 21.20.16.48392. Do the inf hack, looks into the Graphics directory, findthe file igdlh64.inf, modify it. Add this line into windows 7 install section %iKBLULTGT2% = iSKLD_w7,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_59173. Find the file igdumdim32.dll, edit it by a hex editor,like winhex or ultraedit. Search this binary string in it: 83 F8 1375 43 F7 42 04 00 00 00 02 modify thefollowing two bytes into 90 904. Find the file igdumdim64.dll, edit it by a hex editor,like winhex or ultraedit. Search this binary string in it: 01 76 1783 F9 13 75 44 F7 42 04 00 00 00 02 modify thefollowing two bytes into 90 905. install the driver, restart.6. install/reinstall the discrete video card driver, notrecommend a newest one. I use nvidia 397.64 driver on my MX150.

MX Linux 19.3 有两种界面风格可以选择，KDE比较炫，类似于苹果的效果。XFCE比较简朴，占用内存和CPU更少一些。 安装了双系统之后，如果要删除其中一个。首先要删除在SSD上的分区，其次要删除在Boot菜单中的选项，这样下次启动的时候，会直接进入剩下的一个系统，不需要Boot menu。
以保留Win，删除Linux为例。具体做法：
Remove Linux partition on disk
1. Run CMD as admin, and type compmgmt, to open disk management.
2. Once the disk management window opens, identify the Linux partitions and remove it. To do so, follow the process. Once you have identified the partitions, right click >> Delete volume >> Yes.
3. Merge it with another partition to use it back again later. To do so, right click >> Extend volume >> Next >> Next >> Finish.
Remove Linux on the boot menu. The grub boot loader is in PC's efi partition.
1. Run command prompt as administrator. (Start>>CMD>> run as administrator).
2. Now type "diskpart" to start the diskpart utility. Now type "list disk" to identify the efi partitions. Now type "select disk 0". Then type "list partition" and identify the efi "system" partition.
3. Then type "select partition 2". In my case, the efi partition system had partition number 2 and it might vary in your case. Then type "assign letter=x" (I chosed x and it's random). Now you will see a 100 mb partition in windows explorer. That's your efi system partition.
4. Open another CMD as admin. Now type the letter which you have assigned in the CMD line and place a colon with it. I am typing " x:" and pressing enter key. Now type "dir" to see the contents of drive x. Now we have to change folder so type "cd efi" and type "dir" to see the contents of efi folder.
5. Now you will be seeing the list where a folder named of Linux that you have installed once (like Ubuntu, fedora, blah blah). Copy the contents to another backup place.
6. We are safe to delete Linux folder in x:\. Type "rd /s". I am typing "rd MX18 /s". Type Y to conform deletion. Type "dir" to ensure the folder is deleted. Keep BOOT and Microsoft folder.
Yes, we did it. Now we have successfully uninstalled Linux completely from our PC. The efi system which we mounted will automatically get unmounted once you restart your PC. Don't worry.
