未知设备

万能的专门网，有人知道下面这个未知设备是什么吗？ ThinkPad P16v Gen 2，Windows 更新和联想官网的 System Update 都未能检测到这个设备。谢谢！

类似电源管理软件。号称睡眠的时候用更少电，更快唤醒等等。
