Looks like the Apple developers didn't understand the "locale" concept in Windows, or simply because OSX is too more advanced that it doesn't require any sort of locale, so the developers didn't even know about it. Indeed, OSX is already unicode based which requires no locale at all.

I don't think so, cause the locale doesn't really vary the matter too much, so, I believe the concept for apple is that it contains all the key points in hand to face all the challenge!

不知道你想说什么. 不设置成英文就不能显示中文, 奇怪的逻辑...那帮做开发的肯定没有在中文系统上测试过! 不知道他们用什么来face all the challenges!

从itunes开始, 苹果开始介绍它的软件进入windows的世界.

用ie和safari打开同一个页面, 不可否认, 后者看起来舒服些? 为什么? 它没有多余的元素, 没有边框, 窗口上部的标题栏, 菜单栏, 按钮, 地址栏, 浑然一体, 简洁, 高效, 舒服.

一定会让一部分windows用户喜欢上它的.

看图, 对于越来越多的宽屏用户, 箭头所指的这一段距离是很重要的.

这个算不上什么特别的吧
试试取消IE的工具栏锁定，把菜单栏、工具栏和地址栏拖到同一行
加上标题栏不能动，还有标签栏，IE头上也只是占了3行而已
而你图中的Safari 也占了4行……

最早的应该是Quick Time
苹果的本本一般都是13.315.4
