安装系统补丁失败+系统日志里显示的一个错误
学校的无限上网需要使用WPA2协议，但是一看没有，上网一查，原来要安装一个KB893357的补丁，但是谁知下载下来后，在安装到最后的时候，弹出一个窗口，显示：“迁移相关的软件包失败”。。。。还有就是每次看系统日志，都会发现一个错误，说什么是 SMI helper driver服务启动失败，每次开机好像都是这样，不知道是怎么回事，哪位帮忙看下吧 进入你的Windows目录，找到KB893357.log，把它的内容贴上来。
另外那个服务错误不一定是引起安装失败的原因。进入注册表定位HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services，检查每一个子键的名称和DisplayName项的值，找到SMI help driver之后把它的ImagePath项的内容贴上来。 感谢楼上回复，那个log好长啊， 下面是最后那段，你看看行不，不行的话，我就把那个log文件传上来。

24.641: Update.exe return code was masked to 0x643 for MSI custom action compliance. 那个smi helper driver是指纹识别的一个程序，但是我把指纹识别禁用了，把相关的软件也删除了，但是不知道为什么还是会显示错误。
注册表里imagepath 显示的那个文件夹里，没有任何的文件，我感觉这就是为什么提示出错的原因吧
但是这个指纹识别好像开机还是要启动，有人知道怎样完全禁用么？？？ 15.844: MigrateHotfixes: Migration of KB933566 failed 好像你安装的这个补丁与IE的累积安全补丁有冲突。建议先把KB933566卸载，重新安装你的补丁，再安装KB933566。

另外ImagePath内容中\??之后的内容在你的硬盘上存在吗？如果也不存在的话，建议删掉注册表子键 谢谢楼上的兄弟 我原来装那个IE7的网络诊断工具时也提示迁移相关的的软件包失败,不过后面还有一个框框说是具体那个文件的问题,后来我就找到那个文件,然后Del,然后就可以安装了.不知道有帮助否:$
