【原创】Acer正式宣布收购Gateway 成为全球第三大电脑制造商
今早报上看到Gateway打的广告，发现他们也打算分一块中国市场的奶酪了。据透露，神州数码是Gateway在中国的唯一合作伙伴。要是Gateway走性价比路线的话，咱普通LBX有福了，买笔记本的时候无疑多了一个选择。关于收购的新闻是27号的，浏览Gateway网站无意发现，就赶快把它放到这边来了。时间紧迫，没来得及翻译，大家凑合着看吧。
Acer announced in Taipei on August 27 to acquire Gateway Inc. The acquisition is set to close in December, 2007. Acer will comment a cash tender to purchase all the outstanding shares of Gateway for $1.90 per share, which represents total equity value consideration of approximately $710 million. The acquisition is unanimously approved by boards of directors of both Acer and Gateway and is subject to standard closing conditions, including approval under Hart Scott Rodino, Exon Florio and similar laws outside the U.S.

不过来的太晚了，而且在中国居然想卖高价
死路一条 TP会降价了吧。。。 南京很早就有专卖店了，看起来还样子还可以。什么时候EPSON笔记本也进来啊 中国啊中国 把那些大企业通通都吃掉
