System requirements
Update your system to the latest BIOS

1.5 GB of free space on your hard drive
512MB of memory in recommended
Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or higher; or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or higher
Microsoft Windows Vista (Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) 32 bit versions
8MB or less of VRAM shared memory set in BIOS
Additional requirements for Hardware Password Reset: NTFS (Windows XP) and 1GB system memory
