【原创】一不小心,入了一台加脚断针T7200 CPU的HP nc6400(含图)
看了此帖http://www.ibmnb.com/viewth ... 6400%2B%B2%F0%BB%FA手痒把入手不到1周的本本也拆了,看了一下CPU,是BGA,加脚断针,左上角第一排,第一列是空白的,第二排第一列是断针的,但整块CPU的焊锡点看上去很均匀,不像很山寨的样子,用软件测了,图如下,哪位行家给看看。是不是原装的加脚断针的CPU。

还是看不懂,能解读一下吗? 对照上面人家发的官方CPU列表上找的到的spec号,然后看最后一行包装形态就知道了,通常BGA的都是加座,PGA就原针啦,不过既然都拆风扇了索性就把CPU拿起来看屁股是不是两层就知道了,BGA加脚的通常焊的还行,也算是正版CPU,不用64系统的话跑起来没啥问题,最烂的就是ES版的(上头QXXX开头的),就像你给的网址看到那么糟糕 已上高清图.此CPU上盖了二个图章,是*信科技,第一个字看不太清楚,烤机CPU温度在76度左右,正常不? 你的CPU温度不太正常吧,一般是52左右的,玩游戏的时候就会高一点。看你CPU没有什么不正常啊。 SL9SL 2 GHz T7200 2 667 MHz 65 nm B2 4 MB Micro-FCBGA 利信科技?http://store.taobao.com/shop/view_shop-52bb316886967eecc7c1b4d1a6909c44.htm 楼主这种情况应该属于"加座",比加脚的要好一点儿

打了HP的客户,查了配置,U是T7200的,但看不出是不是加座的。
还有帮忙看看此卡槽派何用的?
明显是加脚的,看哪个CPU的针脚面就知道了。 卡槽是 WWLAN上用的吧...
