黑莓Bold9700新ROM5.0.0.680官方发布(带中文)

版本为5.0.0.680，是目前的最新版本，文件名9700jEastAsia_PBr5.0.0_rel1149_PL5.1.0.160_A5.0.0.680_Hutchison.exe，东亚版本应该是带中文的。

经测试，680的ROM用UC可以直接用cmnet/uninet/3gnet了，不用以前那样一定要cmwap/uniwap/3gwap了。

有个小BUG,刷了680后，在拨打电话时，我的号码不能完整显示了，之前的423是可以完整显示的。
