VC2008 编译OpenVPN的问题

请问一下 我用VC2008 编译OpenVPN 用延时加载 ssleay32.dll;libeay32.dll;libpkcs11-helper-1.dll 这3个文件
可是编译时提示

请问 怎样把这3个文件 ssleay32.dll;libeay32.dll;libpkcs11-helper-1.dll 加载到openvpn.exe中

已经解决 可是新的问题不知道怎么办

编译好了后 在连接的时候出现了错误 请问怎么解决 是那里的问题
