麻烦大侠帮我看下是不是成都的移动把pe禁了？？

用pe自带的代理服务器检测代理用的https  10.0.0.172 80 ，结果显示： 是不是成都的移动把172的https协议封了？但是我直接用用172可以上https的网站，比如登陆淘宝，支付宝等。请问，我还能用pe么？？

成都移动除了限速，其他没大的限制
