网络资源是有限的，大家都这么用，他的网络带宽够吗？

如果新增设备，增加带宽，这个投入成本怎么收回来了？

估计，又是我们纳税人买单了

联通好处：私货手机直接上3G
联通坏处：网络信号相对差、服务 ...
