我的好像找不到了，搜索论坛N久也没看到
麻烦了

PREREQUISITES:
- HP ProtectTools Security Manager Suite 4.10 must be run from an authorized HP
ProtectTools CD in order to upgrade over HP ProtectTools Security Manager
version 4.00 on an HP Compaq dc5800 or dc5850 Desktop PC.

- Before upgrading from HP ProtectTools Security Manager version 4.00 to
version 4.10, the hard drive must be decrypted.

- A minimum of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or later is required. However,
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 or later is better, and Microsoft .NET
Framework 3.5 or later is the best option.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and
saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where
the downloaded file is saved).

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE: Installation on HP Compaq dc5800 and dc5850 Desktop PCs may require an
authorized HP ProtectTools CD in order to install this SoftPaq.

3. After the installation is complete, restart the computer.

好像不是这个吧
这个是安装指纹驱动毕装的其中一个

其中有TPM驱动

把你原来的安全相关的程序删除，然后安装这个驱动
