回复 #40 lykke 的帖子
俺出去看了看国外的 OSx86 网站,查到些更狠的资料,贴出来大家一起进步!
X60s
Install Method: Kalyway.
The ONLY option I selected at Install Customization is EFI MBR Bootloader. As far as I understand, this means that the kernel installed is NOT the vanilla kernel. After the installation is complete the machine might not boot, or constantly reboot. I managed to get past that point by going in the BIOS (F1 at startup) and disabling multicore support (under CPU), and putting SATA in compatibility mode. Later, after I made a bunch of other modifications, the machine was able to boot with dualcore and AHCI mode for the SATA controller. I don't know which modifications made that possible :-)
Ethernet, Mouse, USB, Graphics work out of the box. For audio, battery meter, and wireless some hacking is involved. See the following link for the proper way to modify kext files: http://forum.osx86scene.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=229
Wireless: You MUST replace the Intel card with an IBM/Atheros one. Having done so:
sudo nano System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AirPortAtheros.kext/Contents/Info.plist Add: <string>pci168c,1014</string> Fix ownership and permissions per the guide above.
Audio: Volume and mute buttons work after following the Sound instructions at
http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=37624, Fix ownership and permissions per the guide above.
Microphone and line-in do not work. If you want to use skype, one option is to get a USB camera and install the program macam so that you can use the camera's microphone.
Power management: Sleep, throttling, etc. do not work. But you can get a power meter by following the instructions at http://forum.insanelymac.com/lofiversion/index.php/t80425.html
Fix ownership and permissions per the guide above.
Updating to 10.5.2: I only installed the non-OSX updates, i.e., itunes, quicktime, etc. That temporarily broke the system. To solve this, press F8 at boot time and select -x -f. This rebuilds the kext caches and boots in safe mode. Rebooting once more (without any options now), seems to do the trick. . |
