Hi everyone, I thought you may find my thread interesing, so here I am.
I bought and repaired not working 8570w 3 years ago, fuse was broken. I had upgraded it since then, went from Quadro K2000M to GTX980M, then P5200M and finally stopped at RTX 5000 Max Q.
Cpu upgraded to 3940XM, DDR 2133 MHZ, wifi + bt AX210. LCD is dreamcolor2 assembly from 8560w.
Final upgrade to RTX possible only in 15 inch version, because HP card is not standarized 3.0B mxm format. In 8770w keyboard connector is collinding with pcb, in 8570w you have to desolder touchpoint, touchpad and fingerprint scanner, but you can solder smd fpc conn for touchpad and fingerprint. DVD connector also needs to be removed, case a bit dremeled. One keyboard mounting point needs to be removed from keyboard plate. For heatsink is best used electrical oven with thermostat and temp control, very good practice is to use external thermometer. Use low temperature solder paste (138 degrees celsius), set oven temp between 140/145 (heatpipes wont blow). For joining parts use metal spring clamps. After installing card you need to use NVClean to mod nvidia drivers.
I also use spare damaged board with case, I can get very good aligment for heatsink and silicon die-copper block space, like from factory.
Now I have to make cad file for making copper block cnc'ed for best thermal option possible. After that I think my project will be done.
There is video on YT with benchmarks and gaming on P5200, I will make another for when I will be ready with RTX.

By the way, how I can use Master Lu benchmark ? I tried to use, so it would be closest to others project on 51nb, but even with translator I had problem finding out how it works.
I share my experience with you because when you take something you have to give also something back. So I share with you, this forum have many talented people here . Thank you for your time and have a nice day.
Cheers from Poland.
