回复@D.Wee : 买个第三方升降底座,每天变换高度用用,能多活动活动。椎管狭窄开一刀能买好几百个升降底座了,划不来。
回复@ssc505684708 : 现在拖家带口的, 总不能总忙自己的事了. 你说伤脖子确实, 单位里的外部显示器底部我用好几包A4纸叠起来, 显示器敦上面, 这样能脖子不用前倾了.
不瞒你说,显示器我都用坏两个了,一个联想的,一个AOC的,CCFL和LED,前者是文字局部不清晰,后者是背光闪烁。你这笔记本小屏我建议还是换掉,我每天笔记本屏基本不超过2小时,因为伤颈椎。
才10小时?有点少了
