下载了xp中文语言包，如何安装？

请教：下载后，解压缩，如何安装到系统？

Installation Instructions:
1.       Download LANGCHS.EXE
2.       Extract LANGCHS.EXE and save to a location on your local machine
3.       Open Component Database Manager
4.       On the Database tab, choose Import.
5.       In the SLD file box, type the path to the .sld file you would like to import. To browse for the file, choose the button to the right of the box.

If the .sld file contains repository objects and you want to copy files associated with the object to a shared location, from the Repository root drop-down list, select the destination in which to place the files that are associated with the repository object. For more information on how to create repository roots, see Defining Repository Roots in your Windows Embedded Studio product documentation.

Note   If your .sld file contains repository objects and the Copy repository files to repository root check box is selected, you must specify a repository root. If you do not specify the correct repository root, the object you are trying to import will not import correctly.
To copy the repository files to the repository root, select the check box below the Results area.
If the check box is selected, Component Database Manager copies the repository files to the destination and builds physical repositories.
6.       Choose Import.
7.       The progress and any errors that occur during import are displayed in the Results text box.
8.       Choose Close.
9.       You can choose Abort to cancel the import at any time during the process.
不知道最上面第3步往后，具体说的是什么，在系统管理员工具里没有找到

呵呵，下载地址，我在另一贴的关于这个主题的帖子里留了
不过好像有兄弟说，那个是嵌入式的xp的，我没搞明白，继续上网找找
