【请教】TVT System Update在搞什么飞机？总是在收集用户信息的时候报错？

运行TVT System Update, 为什么总是会报错？
查找on-line 的Troubleshooting,
貌似里面的这个：
Type:Error
Message:An error ocurred while gathering user information.
Description : System Update failed to obtain the target system's information.

有黑友遇到过没有?有解决成功的案例吗？谢先。

按照on-line Trobleshooting, 修改注册表之后，得到一个 service_log.txt 文件，显示一个

XD 能不能修改一下注册表,看看我上楼的2个log 文件，看是不是和我一样？

lenovo已经严惩影响了我的情绪和工作状态，身心俱疲，什么都不想弄了。XD先自己摸索吧。或者高手支招。

现在问题已经可以定位到egather2.exe 执行的时候出错。

看图说法，你可以这样修改注册表，就能得到2个log 文件。
顺便BS一下Lenovo, 图中那个注册表描述信息是错误的！没有2.0 !

在收集资料的时候明明就知道是Windows XP, 但是还是给我下载了给Windows NT 4.0的驱动。

如果你的系统盘是NTFS格式，看一下egather2.exe这个可执行文件的权限，确定你的帐户有执行的权限。

我的系统盘是NTFS格式的
我搜索了一下我的硬盘，并没有这个可执行文件啊？？？？
而且登录的帐户是administrator

楼上那些苦难的XDs, X60s上新的System Update 3 没有问题。
回头我再折腾折腾 那台老机器上，看还有没有这个问题。

是NTFS, 当时还以 administrator 用户和administrator 组的用户试验过， 应该不是执行权限的问题。等我回家再看看。
