T60p 8744C9U Leopard is almost perfect out of box

I have just installed Leopard iAtkos on my T60p. It is really surprising that the machine is almost perfect out of box. No tricky things at all.

Wireless - recognized during setup
Wired NIC - no trouble at all
Audio - recognized during setup

I need more work around for the bloody FireGL V5250. Shouldn't be a problem, I have go the files.

Will give more details when I get the Chinese Input fixed.

hoho. I have fixed the video out. now it is 1680x1050. everything is fine. it is amazingly easy.

the only problem i have it audio input. this is full spec

Very exciting. Good job dude.
Now I am wondering how it goes with following features:
1. CPU speedstep. Is it running always on full speed?
2. power management and heating. Even no any problems?
3. hibernating/standby function
4. what about T61P?
5. Audio is still a problem

from my experience,
speedstep -- no, but the temperature of the cores is not too high.
powermanagement -- able to display the battery meter, but not able to update the status when you connect and disconnect the ac adapter.
hibernating & standby -- not workin'
T61p -- heard that the ethernet, audio, and intel wireless r not workin
audio input -- not yet. I dno about others, but it's kinda important for me...

it is too slow to type chinese, so i just make it simple to type eng.

I used iAtkos 1.0i with original kernal w/o any speedstep. I tried the other kernal with ACPI, which is not compatible with the FireGL 5250.

To be honest, without experience with ubuntu, it is quite difficult to accommodate Mac OS, though Istarted to use Macintosh from 1995.

I have a wired problem, the build audio card may or may not appear when boot up. it is quite random. and if you keep using it, it is fine , but if you don't use it, it disappear at a while.
