【求助】系统连安全模式也进不去

我是IBM R50e,昨晚用的还没什么问题,今天开机正常,上网时那个鼠标指针就不动了,我只好按钮关机,重新启动就是蓝屏,显示如下:

Reffer to your getting started manual for more information on troubleshooting stop error.

那位前辈帮我看下如何解决,安全模式也进不去,我怎么杀毒什么的啊
