求助: 0232 Extend RAM Failed at offset :1D

求助: 开机出现如下字样
0232 Extend RAM Failed at offset :1D
press <F1> to set up

我按F1，就进入bios设置界面了，恢复bios到出厂设置，开机，还是问题依旧。什么问题啊？
高手指教！

baidu了，也google了，没有具体的结果，搜到了一个联想的：
Hi! When turning on the computer I get following error message:
"Error 0232 Extenden Ram failed at offset 1D"
I get the option to press F1 to get into bios, which works fine, or F12 to choose a boot device, which does nothing.
I'm stuck! Reseted bios setting several times no difference.
Any help apreciated!
好像和我得症状一样，是8月22号提问的在联想网站上，但，也没有回复。

最新进展：我机器里有2条内存，我不断的试验，感觉是一条内存有问题，现在用这个一条内存，开机正常，把2条都加上，就出现上述画面，只用那条怀疑有问题的，则，开不了机器，开机风扇转，电源灯亮，屏幕是黑的。

感谢总督。我擅长的，就是拿橡皮擦来擦内存金手指。这次依旧如发泡制。
开始能开机了，正常了，沾沾自喜了，可不一会儿，又这样了，又不行了，金手指已经被我擦好多遍。

个人认为0232是错误的编号,后面的E文是对0232的说明

extend ram 我觉得是对应cache ram来说的,应指得是内存条吧

offset 1D 应是指的位置.1D感觉应是16进制的数,具体是哪里不懂,

offset在这里是什么意思还请高手指点一下
