一直需要这样的软件，也一直没有找到很合适的。目前，在用Dr Eye译典通商务版7.0，它有全文翻译能力，可以英译汉、汉译英，但效果不满意。

所以，开个帖子，请关注这个的都来讨论一下。先抛点砖头：

具有全文翻译（或段落翻译）能力的英汉互译的翻译软件，不讨论象金山词霸那样的纯粹电子词典软件，金山快译属于讨论范畴。另外，指的是英译汉，汉译英。 不支持汉语的也不太讨论之列。

2，所知道的一些全文翻译软件
a，译典通，我在用7.0，支持全文翻译和段落翻译，英汉互译，但效果不好。新版本是8.0，但据说在全文翻译方面没有改善。
b，金山快译，用过2006，比译典通差。
c，其他还有一些，但自己没有使用体会，不发言了。

3，具有全文翻译或段落翻译的能力的翻译软件，还可以分为2种：第一种，是译典通这样的，完全由机器全自动翻译；第2种，也是一些专业翻译公司用的，机器辅助翻译，或者，具有学习能力的翻译软件。如，大名鼎鼎的自由职业者或翻译经常用的软件-Transdo Freelance是典型的代表。

我想，一般人需要的应该是类似译典通这样的完全的机器翻译。这也是我要寻找的工具。

好像还不错，正在下载。希望能比译典通更强。

个人认为微软的比较好一些。金山快译翻译出来的文章，有时候会是否搞笑 ，建议不要尝试了

这个好象还没有很好的，简单的说，一个单词有很多的意思，机器翻译只能选其中的一种，选来选去就选错了。用这种软件的好处是减少打字量，在它给出的结果上调整。

总的来说，译典通还是可以用的，从中文翻译英文，需要实现整理一下，将句子结构搞得简单一点，避免长句，特别是定语从句，状语从句。效果还能再好一些。
